The Pollex Group has a well rounded team, offering Wholesale, Rep and Contractor experience which has allowed us to have a better understanding of our customers. Our team has covered the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and New Mexico Territory throughout their careers and has had great success in developing strong relationships with over 800 customers. As an agency, we have been able to repeatedly grow wholesaler business through relationships, constant support and continuing educational practices. We are known for representing Quality products with Integrity. Our extraordinary team feels very confident that we have the strongest customer relationships in the industry.

We have had a rare opportunity to learn from a man who has been in the industry since
1961 and is known for his knowledge and experience, Carl Pollex is an extremely valuable asset to our organization offering
training and support.
We have also invested in preparing for the Future. We have added an
experienced Inside Sales Support person in order to increase the productivity of each of
our Outside Salespeople while increasing our support to our customers and
manufacturers. We also recognize that our clients' success in the 21st century depends on their ability to take advantage
of new technology and find innovative ways to help the wholesaler and contractor sell, market and grow their business.
This is why we have invested time in identifying strategic, industry-specific partners that can provide a suite of

With 20+ years of experience, Roger grew up in the industry learning from his Dad. Roger is the President of The Pollex Group. As the president of TPG Roger works with our manufacturers and represents our group at various events throughout the country while maintaining responsibility as the outside salesperson covering select accounts in South Louisiana & Southeast Texas.

With 14+ years of experience, the bulk of Crystal’s experience is on the wholesale side. The 12 years of experience that Crystal has in Purchasing has added a valuable perspective to our group. She brings an extensive background in multiple product lines as well as valuable insight from her role as a Purchasing Manager for a National Wholesaler. Crystal joined our team in 2007 to establish our Inside Sales Position. In this position, she assists our Outside Sales guys in taking care of our customers while working very closely with our manufacturers.

With 30+ years of experience, Dan has experience on the wholesale and Rep side of the business. Dan’s experience on the wholesale side is extremely impressive, with 20 years at a Dallas wholesaler holding various positions including the last four years as President and Chief Operating Officer. The knowledge and experience that Dan acquired during these years has proven to be invaluable to the organization. Dan has responsibility as an outside salesperson covering North-East Texas, North Louisiana and Arkansas.

With 24+ years of experience, Rene has experience on the wholesale and Rep side of the business. Rene is a very well rounded member of our team with 1 year as a contractor, 11 years as a wholesaler and 12+ years as a rep. The years Rene spent with the wholesaler allowed him experience in Purchasing, Sales and Store Operations. Rene has responsibility as an outside salesperson covering South Louisiana and South-East Texas.

With 16+ years of experience, Todd has focused his entire career on the Rep side of the business. During the 16 years Todd has been based in Dallas and Austin. He has been calling on customers in the Austin/San Antonio market the entire time and has established very strong relationships with his customers. Todd focuses on educating his customers and has supported both the manufacturer as well as the wholesaler by conducting countless training sessions with wholesalers and contractors, giving testimonials and he has even helped write and produce a radio ad. Todd has responsibility as an outside salesperson covering Central & South Texas.

With 11+ years of experience, Bubba has experience on the wholesale and Rep side of the business. Bubba is well-balanced with 6+ years as a wholesale outside salesman and 4 years as a manufacturer’s rep allowing him the experience to understand what his customers need. Bubba is considered one of the most hard-working reps in the industry that is willing to go the extra mile to take care of his customers many of which are very small wholesalers that are not accustomed to the level of service that Bubba offers them. Bubba has responsibility as an outside salesperson covering Oklahoma and West Texas and New Mexico.

With 50+ years of experience, Carl devoted 40 years to the rep side of the business. Carl is the owner of 521 Compressor Savers and works with The Harris Group as a consultant. Carl's focus is training. He is well known for his extensive knowledge and experience which he has shared with all members of The Pollex Group. Carl supports The Pollex Group by focusing on contractor calls as well as providing training to both contractors and wholesalers. Carl believes that the best way to develop a successful and long term relationship with a customer is by providing training and support.
